Nice location with the nearby mall and a direct metro line to the center. Excellent front desk service 24/7 with very polite hosts. Breakfast is everything you could expect of a 3-star hotel and available from 6:30 to 10:00. Rooms are clean. Very much worth the cost!

Arrived at 19.30 to be told that the 5 rooms I booked in January to celebrate my Mum's 90th Birthday had been given away to other people and there were no rooms available. Receptionist fantically phoned 4 other hotels but couldn't get 5 rooms. Mgr eventually picked up his phone and told the receptionist to bump 5 other bookings! What an awful evening that poor receptionist must have had!!

The noise from the street outside is so overwhelming, there is no way you can sleep with the window open. That leaves you with a ventilator that circulates the hot air around the room. The TV is a small monitor, mounted in a corner so that you can't watch it from the bed, which wasn't very comfortable. The shower keeps on going from boiling hot to freezing cold. They get a second star for the breakfast and the friendly staff, but this is one of the worst hotels we've visited in a long time.

Just location is good, my personal advice please give 100 Euro more and stay in better place, this place does not deserve 7.7, if you do not want to wake up 6 in the morning because of false alarm!

Very bad experience,very rude staff. People have started complaining,there were group of people that were talking loud,but weren't aggressive and they called the police on them. They are charging extra for parking and are not declaring the money. The rooms are extremely hot and noisy due to the street in the front, I don't recommend this hotel even to my worst enemy.

Very impolite stuff, definitely do not recommend this hotel. The worst employee is Ati- dark haired young guy. Very rude and definitely does not know how to talk to guests. Same your nerves and do not go there ! :) P.S. Dear Management stuff, you want to get better service at your hotel- train your employees and fire Ati.
